KASHMIR VALLEY:

Kashmir is a valley located in between the great Himalaya Range and the Pir panjal mountain Range. This is one of the most beautiful valley of this world consist of the mountains lush green fields rivers and waterfalls. When the great Mughal emperor Jahangir visits this place he shouted at once that if you want to see the paradise on earth surely this is the paradise this is the paradise.Kashmir valley is divided between India and Pakistan.Brief History

Muslim Ruled here from the center of the fourteen century to the mid fifteen century. Shams ud din Shah Mir was the first Muslim ruler who came from another great valley swat. He was true and brave Ruler belongs to Pushtu tribe. Swat is a valley near the Afghanistan border. Shah Mir had a strange story that he came in this valley and became the minister of a Hindu Raja. But as the Raja died Shah Mir married with the widow and became the ruler of that territory. Shah Shams Ud Din established the Kashmir sultanate( 1339 ). After this many of Muslim Ruler made there rule here as Sayyids, Chaks, Lodhis and latter on Mughal emperor Akbar get this land in his empire at 1586.At his reign Shah Shamas Ud Din II he issued the Silver and copper coins. At the fourteenth century Islam was the dominant religion in the Kashmir.

After this in Nineteenth century in 1845 broke out he Anglo war. And then the Sikh ruled start over here first Sikh Raja was Ghulab Singh ans his ruling period is start from 1846 to 1857. after this Ranbir Singh who was the son of Ghulab Singh starts reigning over the Kashmir. He was succeeded to added up the emirates of Hunza, Gilgit and the Nager to the Kingdom. After Ranbir singh’s great reign and the death of Ranbir singh. Raja Partab Singh and Hari Singh Ruled here till 1948.

Religions:

In this valley almost all the religion you found living with peace harmony and full of freedom. Islam is the dominant religion of this territory. Others are Hindu, Sikh, Christians,Buddhist.

Languages:

Urdu is frequently used language here. But the official language is English. Other languages are Hindi is also widely used here. Kashmiri language used at the local valleys. The young generation is speaking English Quite well. Most of the sign boards located at the various touring spots are in the English.

Best Touring Places:

Kashmir is the most beautiful valleys of the world. Here you can see the great mountains, fllowing rivers, watterfalls and the great lush green fields. But your touring plan based on what you like. But one thing is clear that if you like mountains here you got and if you want natural valleys you will surely not see the valleys as beautiful as this land has, and if you like snow boarding you can also do here in winter, cultural heritage and the festivals all are great source of enjoyment and recreation. Srinagar

This is the Capital city the Kashmir. This is the place where you can come from India through a air plane that is the safe way to come in here. You can take the road side to come in Srinagar but it takes 18 to 20 hours drive and the road consist of some steep slopes and may be dangerous in winters due to heavy snow in the valley. In this city you can view the old city, you can do fishing in Srinagar lake. The fishing lincense cost five dollar a day.

Dargah Hazrat Bal R.A:

This is a Muslim shrine located in the Sri Nagar district near the Beautiful Dal lake. The most specialty of this place is that here you can see the Moo E Mubarak means Sacred Hairs of the Holly Prophet Hazrat Muhammad S.A.W. This place also is full of peace of mind. If you spend here one hour you will feel lightness in your mind.

Amarnath temple:

As some local ancient tales showed that there lived a Muslim shepherd . Whose name was Boota Malik once Boota meet a sadhu who gave him a sack of coal. But when the Boota reached home he saw that the sack of coal was turning to Gold. He rushed back to look for Sadhu for thanking him but he at that spot where Boota met by Sadhu Boota discovered a cave there where he met Sadhu. Eventually this place become pilgrimage for the believers. Definitely enjoy your Yatra and have good time there.

Note: Before going to Amarnath Yatra. One should have mentally and physically fit. Because you are going to journey fourteen thousand feet.Take dry eatables with yourself.Take special wool clothes with you to make you comfortable and warm you and save you from the cold.And alcohol is strictly prohibited. So be carefull.

Pahalgam:

Pahalgam means “ the city of the shepherd “. This area is located from the nothern side of the Srinagar.This village is full of the natural fields and trekking is also available. You will surely see the natural scenes which you never ever seen. You can horse riding and take camping here if you like to walking the this area will be prove for you like a paradise. Beside these all there are other places like
